PHOTOGRAPHY
My photography journey began in spring 2024, my dad gave me his Sony Alpha 6400 and get pictures of the artist and crowd!  This sparked something in me, I knew that this is what I wanted to do.  I spent the next year taking photos with my phone wherever I went.  Anything that looked cool.

In May, 2025 I finally began my first photography course in school.  NPA photography showed me the basics of composition and camera settings.  This class instantly became my favourite!  I could do what I love, whilst not only improving my skills but also doing it with my friends!  For the NPA class, I used a Canon 2000D for every photoshoot!  I had an incredible teacher who made everything super easy to understand, I passed the course in April 2026!

In October 2025, I got my hands on a Nikon D3100 which I used for all of my personal photoshoots outside of school!

It is now May 2026, my Higher photography course starts in a few weeks and I cannot wait to see what the course has in store!

THE REST OF THE STORY

Before I did any photography, I went through many stages of what I wanted to do.

Graphic design, 3D design, games design... but none of them lasted too long.

My longest lasting project went on for 3 years!  It was a simple Minecraft server called HQMC.

HQMC was a place for people to come and hang out, build and meet new people.  I think it was a success!  If it weren't for HQMC, I never would've met some of my best friends to this day.  Unfortunately, HQMC had to come to an end after the server became too quiet.  It was fun while it lasted and I would gladly do the same again in the future!

Another one of my hobbies was games design, using UEFN I would create in-game concerts for my friends to play.  Due to PC restrictions, none of them were very good and only 2 made it out of development.

To this day I still enjoy coming up with ideas for new UEFN islands, including some story-based ones too.

Unfortunately, none of these ideas will become real any time soon.

The final hobby worth mentioning is 3D design.  Using Blender and FortnitePorting, I would create free renders for people.  None of the renders were very good, but hey... they were free!
